The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have connections within the Real Estate market. We will train you in our process from initial call through qualification to closing of the solar system sale. OVERVIEW: The successful candidate will work closely in a highly successful team approach to engage potential clients in the benefits of leasing part of their property to develop a solar community solar solutions. Candidates will demonstrate initiative, possess excellent communications skills, and be connected in the tri-state NY market.
Responsibilities and Duties
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY : Commercial solar sales, including site leases, project financial modeling, and client support:
Prospecting for real estate properties that will support large scale Community Distributing Generation (CDG) systems
Qualifying potential clients
Generating high-quality proposals
Tracking leads, sales, and clients through CRM software
Supporting marketing efforts as needed
Qualifications and Skills
No solar experience required. We will train and guide candidate through our sales process.
Demonstrated record of achievement selling to building owners.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation
In home sales experience a plus
Proficiency with software including spreadsheets, word processing, and CRM applications
Compensation is commission based, designed to reward excellent performance!
