We will train you in our process from initial call through qualification to closing of the solar system sale. OVERVIEW: The successful candidate will work closely in a highly successful team approach to engage potential clients in the benefits of a solar solutions based on client needs, current financing solutions, technology, and incentives. Candidates will demonstrate initiative, possess excellent communications skills, and be detail-oriented.
Responsibilities and Duties
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY : Residential business development, including site analysis, high-level system design, project financial modeling, and client support:
Prospecting for leads and representing the company at corporate events
Qualifying potential clients
Educating potential clients on the wide range of solar benefits
Designing, estimating and pricing systems
Generating high-quality proposals
Tracking leads, sales, and clients through CRM software
Supporting marketing efforts as needed
Qualifications and Skills
No experience required. We will train and guide candidate through our sales process.
Demonstrated record of achievement.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation
In home sales experience a plus
Proficiency with software including spreadsheets, word processing, and CRM applications
Compensation is commission based, designed to reward excellent performance!
